In der Nase ein Hauch von tropischen Früchten, die dem Wein eine ausgeprägte Parfumnote verleihen. Wunderbare Frische mit einer geschmacklichen Dichte von Grapefruit, Melone, reifer Stachelbeere sowie Holunderblüten. Die Säure ist präsent, aber nie aggressiv und ist bestens in den Wein eingebunden. Im Gaumen schöne Länge, elegant und finessenreich mit viel charakterlicher Würze.

Our Bacchus is a fresh, delicate single estate wine produced every year since 2009. A favourite with the judges, it expresses the complexity of the Bacchus varietal and benefits from ample time resting on its lees.
 
Tasting Notes
Fresh aromas of elderflower, nettle and punchy green fruit. A hint of lychee can be tasted on the palate with a flinty finish.
